Shipping
Shipping of clothes is provided by PPL, therefore you can expect quality services:
- Delivery of goods to a business or private address
- Delivery to PPL ParcelShop spots
- Tracking of the shipment on www.ppl.com
- Communication of the carrier with the recipient of the shipment via e-mail and SMS
Payment
Payment options are:
- Online card payment via Shoptet Pay payment gateyway
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay

Delivery and payment
Change of delivery due to the Christmas holiday = now for orders sent from 1/11/2022 to 15/11/2023 delivery within a maximum of 8 weeks from the end of the time window.
Orders received between the 1st and 15th of the month will be entered into production the next working day after this period and delivered within a maximum of 6 weeks (unless otherwise specified).
Orders received from the 16th - 30th/31st of the month will be entered into production the next business day after that time and delivered within a maximum of 6 weeks (unless otherwise specified).
We always try to get your clothes to you as soon as possible. However, sometimes we may not dispatch goods until the last week of the period. We know you are looking forward to the clothes, however please try to hang in there and resist the temptation to contact us about delivery if this period is still not exceeded. Thank you.
- If the order contains only products marked "In stock", the delivery time is 3-5 working days.
You will be informed about the dispatch of your order by e-mail.
Size exchange and returning clothes
Clothing whose availability status indicates "Made to Order" is selected according to your exact specifications, so cancellation of the contract for these items, including size exchange, is not possible.
